Nick quick tip..don’t always go by scout grade on reports …if the person providing the report doesn’t have the best attributes for scouting the letter grade doesn’t mean much..most important thing to do is to look at attributes that fit your style of play or how you want your team to play ..example if you want a good advanced forward look for a striker with good pace finishing and first touch the rest is irrelevant
Love the FM videos big cheese. A few tips if you haven't done them yet. Get your assistant to take general and individual training. Have your chief scout take charge of all your scouting responsibilities. Hire a coach with high tactical awareness and have him responsible for opposition instructions. Lasty, get an assistant manager with good man management, motivating and judging player potential. Will help with team talks and talking to the press.

Here is my take on you team so far. Play 523 with two dms, 2 wingers and a striker. You need full defensive coverage, and good counters. Look for pacey players in the attack to loan in. Thats what i think you need right now
