Madina land is about 200,000 if you lucky because very hard finding someone even willing to sell. We bought our plot of land in 2011 from an uncle who did us a favor at 15,000 cedis and few years later, a quarter of a plot was sold to a teacher in the same area at 40,000 cedis. Today being 12 years later the buildings on top of the land will easily take the property to a million cedis considering the materials being modern.
