Thank you for making these videos! Very helpful and help put me at ease with what I am doing, plus giving more ideas of what to try!

Did you make your agenda slides? Are they on a tpt somewhere I can purchase?

I give a student survey too, but I never thought of discussing it with them. I'm definitely going to do this in August. Could you share the survey that you use?

Is your microphone set up something you added or was it already in the classroom. If you bought it, do you have a link?

Can you share or model how you give high performers recognition

Hi, I am literally recording tomorrow a Classroom Management vlog and I will mention this. It will post Mon 7/22. Do you mind if I use your YT name in my vlog? If not, it's all good. For now, I will say that I do a "Stats" slide for all of classes after a quiz or test. I basically call out the top 3 or the top 5. It's a chance for me to recognize someone else in another area as well. I also have an incentive system where I give students "tickets" and I will recognize them by writing a personalized message. It's just scrap paper I cut up and they place the "ticket" in their class jar and I pull 3 names on Fridays.
I hope that helps for now...
