Myy father used to show me Napo clips since he was a security and prevention manager. he sadly passed now, this brings me back good memories.. love to Napo from Italy
As glad as I am to see more Napo content, this is far from your best work. The implication that a customer should only be asked to leave if they become confrontational ignores the fact that customers can easily put unreasonable strain on a venue without ever raising their voice. And the scene where sexual harassment is addressed by saying "please don't do that" and shaking hands is frankly absurd. That's really the sort of thing that needs its own dedicated video, not a single overly simplistic, ten-second scene.
I agree with you. It is obvious that they discuss a little bit of everything in an oversimplified manner. In real life, most companies try to be as nice as possible with their customers and try to give them a chance (in case they are not as usual). If it escalates, the treatment changes and employees resort to protecting themselves against this blatant violence. Sexual harassment has many forms and shapes and definitely cannot be put in such a video format (Napo videos are silent at some point and sexual harassment includes speech). Still, nobody shakes hands with someone who harasses them. Violence is a great deal of a threat to OH&S and this is why these videos treated this topic. Safety is not about hazmat and PPE alone. Violence must be taken into consideration.
Remember Watching This Back In 2017...
The legend is back
Finally, you're back
WE'RE BACK!
