INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ Cup Polao Rice
1 Cup Water
Soak For 15 Min.
Wash With Water
Grind Coarsely
½ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Caramelize Sugar
½ Cup Water
Cook For 1 Min.
Keep Aside
1 Tspn Ghee
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Pichtachio
1 Tbsp Raisin
Cook In Low Flame For 1 Min.
Remove From The Pan
1 Litre Milk
Cook Until Boil
Grinded Rice
Cook Until Reduce To Half
Rice Is Cooked Completely
Fried Cashew, Almond, Raisin
¼ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Caramel Syrup
Cook For 5 Min.
Thick Consistency
Chopped Almond & Pistachio
