Cisf and capf officers are not commissioned officers, only army, navy, airforce officers are commissioned officers. And army ranks cannot be compared or made equivalence with police ranks.

zero knowledge regarding CAPF... AC can rise upto the rank of ADG. An average AC picks up minimum rank of DIG by the time he retires.
