I think yehi public ko janana hi agar ham ghar ya room mein kam karwana hain toh kya kharcha aayega jo ki aap bahut hi achhe tarike se aap batate ho hame ek rough estimated price ka idea lagta jo ki hame apne ghar mein agar karwana hain toh hame pata chal jata hain ye ye mere budget mein hain ya nahi jo ki bahut hi madadgar hota hain.... Question : Base agar chhat ho to kya 120sq feet add karna jaroori hai ? Chhat ko alag se putty/painting kar denge.
Kyonki ki cost difference is then 120 * 70 is Rs 8400/- less. More than 50% less.

U can do but putty & painting se slab undulation nikalte nai hai n when you switch on ur lights that thing is visible n it's look shabby...so full gypsum ceiling is only recommended

One more point wiring pipe chipane k liye bhi gypsum imp hai bcoz when u give lights point u have to run pipes n wiring concealed karna imp hai so slab mai concelead karne se slab will get weak that's y also direct gyspsum n behind that everything is hide👍
