Didn't worked for me I'm trying to make as white animated gif from here, but when I save it, the background is now black not transparent, kinda weird.

But when I downloaded my work on PDF the black background I putted are not there when I downloaded it (first) way and (second way) I putted in black but my work becomes lighter than the background on AI can some one help me pls

Overprint preview on then off, does not work for me. Illustrator 2024 here. It just takes it back to the white artboard background.
