I get my MRI done once in a year and getting this done since last 7 years. Nothing scary as such. Do note, Remove all metal objects. If you have any metal implants in your body, inform respective technician. Most important, don't get afraid of it. Once you get it done, then you can advise others too. All the best and stay blessed .

He or She will continuously talk to you throughout the scan.. You won't feel scared that way.. My mother is claustrophobic too and I went with her to her scan.. She did well.. Also while inside the machine, take nice breathing and relax your body thinking about your favourite place or God.. Anything that calms you.. and always remember it's just a machine... Nothing else.. Also note... Don't wear or carry any metal in the MRI room.. Ask your relative to do the same.. Just simple clothes.. It's Safe dear.. Best of luck 🙏
