@@Rory695 There are several vehicles that have 50/50 weight distribution and are snappy and hard to drift, for most of them is because of the short wheel base. Lotus and Miata come to mind. The longer wheel base of BMWs, Nissan S chassis and such make them a lot easier to handle in drift.

Honestly, both e36 and e46 are amazing cars. Want something more refined, daily driveable? Go for e46. Want to have even more pleasure when u throw it around the track? E36 is the answer.

The SMG box is extremely cool, you just need to know how to use it and learn the way it works. There are tons of cars I prefer with a manual gearbox but the BMW M3 e46 isn't one of them

The E46 M3 was way ahead of its time. One of the best sports cars ever built...
E36 was further ahead...
