Excellent video, I would have liked to know what you were removing. I recognized some of the basic components, the hard drive, memory sims and the wifi module. But we could have learned so much more if you would have told us what part you were removing and what to look out for or special instructions. Thank you for posting the video.
Ok, i've managed to take my V5 apart without broking it: i was having the problem that, when unused for a period of time(pc battery disconnected) the unit was losing date and BIOS settings, symptom of a dead CMOS battery, as far as i know. CMOS battery is at minute 8:34 and it is that "silver circle" at the lower left of the motherboard, just at the upper-right corner of the "SD reader" slot(silver square, half centimeter right from the usb port). Problem is, that little battery is *soldered to the mobo*, so it is hard to replace(but not impossible). Solution: in my case, using (and charging) the notebook more often seem to have solved. Full charges have recharged the cmos battery that was empty, i guess.
Description is wrong, you DO need to remove all bottom screws to remove the keyboard. Every single one, including the ones on the fan and WLAN adapter.
hola tengo una Acer Aspire V5-571P - bloqueada de la bios le quite la bateria, la pila hice corto en los pines de la ram, y sigue bloqueada alguien que me ayude bios password
what type of ram is that? DDR3 or DDR3L? i just bought the DDR3L because i lost the original one, and now the bios settings wont save to the motherboard
@@Simone.v ,yup, i removed its soldering for few minutes and then soldered it again for BIOS menu, but now my laptop is showing NO BOOTABLE DEVICE FOUND,i reconnected my hard disk drive many times ,but it was not solved, Any solution you have? Please share...
Yes, i had the same error. First check if BIOS keep any change you make in its menu between boots, *removing LAPTOP battery and unplugging main power* for some minutes, between every boot. Let me know
I was able to replace the broken keyboard on my v5-131 because of this video. Thanks much.

😁👍 я мобильный телефон, с дрелью, винты крутил в начале 2000 годов
Когда надо много ноутов разобрать - дрель самое оно, тут конечно шуруповёрт, дрель конечно быстро будет слишком.
