Good video. I liked the part with the metal bowl. If you want, you can switch hands with the bowl to give that visual binaural feeling. Idk why but having equal action on both sides always helps with asmr. Your quiet counting is on point though. If you still have gloves, you can try a stipple video with the glove sounds.

I had lost the tingles. Possibly due to over exposure. The movements in this video brought the tingles back. Which is odd as I usually respond to audio rather than visual. Thank you 😊

LOL this is a good attempt! I did not expect you to come out with a Reiki video so fast.
I think, in the end, this video is good because of how you oscillate your hands is very hypnotic... but I don't know if this is Reiki... but 90% or more of Reiki videos are fake anyways. I guess you don't have to be to use it, but really is more of something learned through martial arts and/or religion. It's trying to use that energy stuff you might find some subway monk or buddhism... but it's really hard to be critical because a lot of people are hucksters, and if you are using real energy, performing reiki would be something exhausting.
Sorry, you can ignore all this advice because it might be useless for ASMR. I definitely don't feel much if any ASMR from watching Reiki videoes myself, but they are popular. However, a good first step to reiki might be practicing Tai Chi. Dimitri with MassageASMR does great "Reiki" videos and has seemed to do a lot of research into it, and liked to invest in things like tibetan bells and such. Maybe look up QiGong because it is very similar to Reiki, the only difference is Reiki is that you are suppose to put energy into something (usually another person) and/or take it out of another person (I guess another reason why so many of these are fake). (Meanwhile QiGong is kind of one of the things Dragon Ball Z fighting is based on) That said, you could probably perform QiGong or Tai Chi in front of a camera and have the same effect as Reiki (label it as Reiki) and you are done by probably being one of the few people actually trying to do real Reiki.
Still, this video was actually great and did produce a lot of ASMR, so it's not actually bad.
I was hesitant to even call this video Reiki because of my limited knowledge of it... I appreciate your feedback.
