I liked it so much that I have purchased 2 more of these machines for my family and relatives, but major flaw is that after few months of use the panel starts giving minor electric shocks when damp, sometime its a proper current which can be detected with a current tester. I initially thought it is the issue with my house wiring and it may be lacking proper earthing. But same thing was reported with my relatives machine who is in another city. @Onida please address this flaw ASAP.
Purchased about 20years ago. Spent around 4000 on repair. Again drying system not working properly. Machine is good for small family and easy to operate but company must make sure about it's quility and durability. A video should be there for small problem solving.
Washing machine is good but if any you, you were facing any problem regarding washing machine so no one will come to solve the problem for few month because i am registered my complain on April-2020 and till now no one is come to solve my problem from last 5 month so in my opinion please don't trust any onida products buy it. Don't go with any onida product they only use Chinese chip pcb board to machines after guarantee period pcb may fault and spare parts not provided by company as depend on Chinese .mostly ur equipment to be scrapped or may wait for 2-3months for get serviced.I already scaped my DVD due to not available ics after 4 years of purchase and washing machine pcb failed in 3years but spare not available I still waiting from 3 months

It is just a waste of money. It rather leaves a huge amount of lint on the clothes. Never ever try to put dark clothes in it. You will waste more time to take out the lump of lint spread across the area of your clothes. This is an honest review after three weeks of use. And I am not talking about the design flaws like absent detergent box or multiple lint filters. Just pathetic! It cannot fulfill its prime purpose, leave secondary functions. You can wash better in a bucket than this machine.
