Good review! Why do you use Dr Tesla for Huo Long and Cryo instead of Lin Chu and Elsa Reagan? I get the damage boost, but both ultimates are amazing with their respective Commanders. You don't always go for highest damage in basic shots because you still use Natasha Jean for Mushroom instead of getting a damage boost from Bomberbro. Just curious how you evaluate those.
I use dr tesla on cryo, huo long and mjolnir because it adds more damage. but if I use bomberbro on mushrooms it's not worth it because it can't cause radiation effects on its ultimate.
