An Electrician must understand Electrical Wiring basics such as the Wire Size, Earthing, Electricity Circuits especially for House Wiring, How To Check Earthing, How a Switch Works, from the Electricity Meter all the way to the Consumer Unit. He must understand the difference between Ground and Earthing.
Wiring a house for a lighting system is very easy. Three key wires required are a phase, a neutral and an earthing connection. The standard cable size being 1.5mm
The wires are connected at the consumer unit to the junction box where a light source will be placed.
Two wires will be fed to the switch. These are mainly for completing the circuit for the light.
The earth connection is a very important in this installation. The wire should be of the required size and connect the consumer unit to the meter box and the ground through the earth rod.This makes the earthing connection.
A perfect earth connection starts in a home electrical or electronic appliance. It goes all the way to the socket and to the consumer unit and to the meter board and finally to the ground.
Other important earthing features of earthing outside a meter box or the domestic wiring is at the PME, the potential multiple earthing found at the immediate utility pole and the earthing at the transformer supplying electricity to our homes.
In any electrical installation, safety comes first. Always use the correct safety gear and the right tools to avoid any electrical hazards.

I have a question.....about the first and second holes,the live wire has just passed through,how do we connect to the switches? Do we cut the supply wire to connect the socket wire? or we just need to strip off the part needed for connection? Or do we use connectors?
