I met with a car accident, bonnet and bumper were damaged. They approved the claim at showroom. However on the same day of accident, I had broken the windshiled , for which they rejected the claim even after providing email clarification. They said it's not covered under cause of loss.
Can I claim once again for the broken windshield through OTS? will they have track of the rejected windshield claim ? Can you help clearing my doubts

Sir what about if I claim insurance in 1st year and do not claim in 2nd year after renewal will I get ncb for that current year which I didn't claim?
Once we claim Insurance it's the end of NCB, from next year till end we won't get any NCB.

Sir your calculations are right terms in maths but the costs are wrong. This high rates are because you went in the showroom for your glass replacement. Actually the cost of repairing a Tata Nexon vehicle in aftermarket is only Rs 5500/- ( this rate is of the original glass ) so according to that you would not have saved more than 600 Rs. Next time when you pit your vehicle for claim research for the aftermarket costs to get clear and precise calculations.

@@BytesNThrottle Thanks for your reply sir. Yes it is a nil dep insurance. My car engine oil sump got damaged and got the insurance. So I will not get NCB in renewal. So, I want to replace my car door which is having small crack and dunts due to a bullet bike falls towards my car door. So can I apply insurance again? Do this impact on any other area because of second claim in a year ?.
