- Can you imagine having to sit through Kathy Lee's insufferable bits and jokes and stories about her kids every time you wanted to get a little exercise? Maybe that's just to get your heart rate up.
Oh my gosh I lost weight with this video so many years ago and have tried to find it but never could. Why didn’t I think to look on You tube sooner! Make fun of it if you want but it gets the job done. I’m so excited lol
I have core memories of my mom doing this workout in our basement in the 90’s! I think she still has it on VHS somewhere.
Can I buy the vhs?
Yaaaaay!!!!!! I lost my video a long time ago and have been diligently scouring the internet for it. At 1st I found a short clip of it. Now, whooopee I found it!!! I love it!

Oh good! Your difficulty in finding it makes me wonder if I'll get a copyright strike and takedown order for this video eventually. I guess I'll find out lol. In the meantime, better download it while you can :D
I did this video in my 40s. I did it 5 days a week for 2 years straight. I lost 80 pounds and was in the best shape of my life! Even better than high school! I've started doing it again and hope to have great results in my 60s.
Thank you for posting it. I think you should be fine as far as copyright because it isn't offered anywhere else that I know of. I have downloaded it onto my laptop just in case, but I prefer to use your TH-cam video on my big screen TV. I also have the vhs, but I do not have a vhs player 😅😊

Kathy is 51 at the time of this video and looks better than most women half her age.
It was made in 1994, so she was only 41. But she looks good!
