When I saw this pallet I purchased immediately and it's my first ever Morphe pallet....but I really liked the colour scheme in it. I got it yesterday and I think the quality is very good.

I have the Morphe 35XO palette as well. If I had to pick one over the other, I think this Silent Nights palette may give you more versatility.
