Great hunt!! You guys certainly dug it all with the amount of nasties you found! That Mercury dime is beautiful, congrats on finding it! Thanks for taking us along on your hunt Kurt! God Bless my friend,!
Thank you for your video work over the years. I wish the guys could take more advantage of the opportunities to hunt there and with you. You’re in metal detecting heaven as far as US is concerned! Hoping for the best In success for you and the “boys” this year!
Gotta tell you Kurt you and Muck are a blast to watch!!! Top notch hunting between buddies!!! Great video as usual and Congrats to you both on the goodies!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Man, I enjoy your videos! It’s tough watching them when I look outside and the ground is still frozen and covered in snow! At least I get my fix by watching you guys! Lol
Nice finds. Do miss the lads. Following you from the UK.... Very hard to get permission over here people are realy sceptical about having us on their land. But hey ho we will still keep trying. All the best Kurt and The muck xx
I absolutely love you Guy's. I stumbled across your channel about the 1st of the year 2023. I've been playing catch up with all your videos ever since, watching only your videos when I'm awake. ( The Hoover Boys ) Marathon lasted me 2 months. Now I have to find something else to occupy my time. Keep up the good work Guys.
Great finds! You keep saving history for sure. Love all the buttons and old coins. That knee buckle is pretty cool, guess when they couldn't keep their britches up at the waist the knee kept them from falling off. lol Happy digging and eat your lunch.
Kurt, persustance and just getting out there and hunting. I say, your not gonna find diddly squat sitting on the couch, You guys found some amazing stuff on his day. A Barber Quarter and a Reale, I am jealous.
A sour reale 😂 yaaa it was the combination of finds leading up to it, 20 feet from your memorial is a definite good reason I understand you buddy lol 👍🏼 great hunt guys
nice job! i finally started to get out again, already scored some silver, buttons, CW bullets and artifacts! gonna be a great year! Update!!!!!!!!!! Of course, sorry I don't film much anymore just haven't had the passion to do so...but I found a 1791 8 reale! It's been cut...but wow it's so cool and HUGE! Thanks for being inspiration to get out there and dig and chase down those permissions!
Absolutely love watching The Hoover Boys. Love the hobby, just really nothing very enjoyable to find in my area. Lol it’s a shame that I get excited when I find a wheatie or a Rosie!!
Congrats on the half Reale. I found one in about the same condition which was nice after the one Reale I found first on the same day was wiped pretty good up here in NJ. Enjoy your live digs, much more enjoyable than watching somebody pluck the item after the hole was already dug.
“You butt nugget” my favorite Kurt words. Kurt/Kirk your knowledge is amazing my friend. I’ve watched since the beginning and you didn’t know what you were getting into. What a journey. You and Brad have each found an eight maravedes hammered copper coin.
Kurt getting a little sour and then gets photo bombed by a jet at 16:52. Haha. and then he finds a piece of BS at 17:50 Hilarious sequence. At least you got that beautiful Merc. Congrats Muck on the Spanish. Very nice condition.
Great hunt guys. Do you usually use custom settings on you Nox? I dabbled in custom settings when I first got mine but haven't messed around with the settings since.
This is the farm that never ends. Yes it goes on and on my friends. Some people started detecting it no knowing what it was. But they'll continue detecting it forever just because it is the farm that never ends..............
10.47 that " weird one" could be a piece of a fibula, viking or roman, would teally love to see more pictures of that one, and 18.35 the pjece with the maskines on just Bülow the wied one, could also be very old, it could be a buckel but it is and old one also viking age, I am from denmark, so I have found lots of stuff from that age, good video btw have been following you and your guys for a long time
Well, it was pretty slow. I have seen trade weights shaped like that before, but they were brass. Still, it was a good day (an average day for Muck), so thanks for sharing!
this is for Kurt but also for the community. I've been detecting for about 4 years now and found my first Civil War relic on a homestead site from an 1876 map. however where u found it was in the backyard of a house built in the 20s about 200 yards from the homesite. what is the possibility of a reproduction civil war marine corps button? I have pictures but it's missing the back piece of the button where the makers mark would have been. it's heavily gold guilted after a quick clean up in clr but it looks brass under the guilt where the heavy wear marks would be from use. I don't know I'm not confident enough to make that call. as much as I want it to be real I'm very aware there are plenty of reproductions around. any wisdom on this?
I don't do much. Honestly run park 1 most of the time. Just tweek the sensitivity up as long as it's stable and Bump the recovery speed up or down 1 depending on the amount of iron. HH
Question for the Hoover boys: you guys always find these amazing farm fields, loaded with old coins buttons and more. Everytime I hit a farm field I never find anything good but pieces of lead. One coin before and that’s it (someone poached my spot hard before I could continue hunting that awesome permission, mind you they broke onto the property) any tips to find good fields like you guys do? Any useful websites beside historic aerials and old maps?
What machine are you using now, you guys seem to have switched from the Garrett AT machines to whatever you are using can you please tell us why you prefer these different machines
hello, do you just detect random farms or do you only detect farms that you know for sure stuff is there? I live in upstate NY where there has been ton of history, should I just be detecting farms or town houses?
Nice video I've been thinking about buying me a metal detector which one would you recommend I wanna start doing this as a hobby just to pass time on the weekends if you got time let me know which metal detector you would recommend. Thank you and stay safe
When are you going to upgrade to the equinox 900? With that 800 you can't find silver in the same hole with iron, with the 900 there can be forty nails in the same hole
Well if mark didn’t Brad would have he’s always jumping lines and stealing finds lol jk Brad nice bunch of goodies for sure but that stamped button was reeeeally interesting did you find out any more about it??? Thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼
Excellent dig. We are still in the snow and frozen earth... Spring is coming soon in Montana.. Congratulations on the silvers and that knee buckle

Nice finds guys at least you got some silver to talk about..congrats. stay safe and happy hunting till next time
great finds guys, my last couple hunts have been skunks and I think I know the location you guys were at 1st.
Stackable South Wales trade weight! I saw same symbol on same 4 oz weight online, said it's from South Wales. Reference - Watson Digital Library
That piece you just found went to a jewelry box that key flips down right where it locks in and you put the key in the little key to unlock it
nice job! i finally started to get out again, already scored some silver, buttons, CW bullets and artifacts! gonna be a great year!

First day out in 2023.Rehunting a pool that is being replaced. A 1944D wheatie in honor of the 44 guy!
Absolutely love watching The Hoover Boys. Love the hobby, just really nothing very enjoyable to find in my area. Lol it’s a shame that I get excited when I find a wheatie or a Rosie!!

You both did really well and you guys are funny as hell together! I'd have to call a few silvers, buttons and an LC a successful hunt- Congrats!
“BS” weight is awesome for many reasons!
Cheers from Willow Grove, PA

Ya boyz rock
“You butt nugget” my favorite Kurt words.
Kurt/Kirk your knowledge is amazing my friend. I’ve watched since the beginning and you didn’t know what you were getting into. What a journey. You and Brad have each found an eight maravedes hammered copper coin.
The “Scottish Detector” process reminds me a lot about you. Very pragmatic & knows his country’s history.
Kurt getting a little sour and then gets photo bombed by a jet at 16:52. Haha. and then he finds a piece of BS at 17:50 Hilarious sequence. At least you got that beautiful Merc. Congrats Muck on the Spanish. Very nice condition.

Kurt your day will come!
17:00 trade weight means they were trading something for something. Betya coins were being traded were you found the weight
Love to watch your digging up treasures. Just curious to see what metal detectors you guys are using nowadays.
Looks like Mark wins again with the half reale.

@@thehooverboys I know where I'm at in up state New York I get my best stuff
Its become quite clear that Muck is the elite treasure hunter of this crew. He finds twice as many desirables as anybody else.
So did Bob and the others quit digging? Haven't seen them in a year. Miss the ol boys! Good finds guys! Thanks for another great video HH
They've been busy. Don't think they're in the hobby as much as they used to be. They didn't go anywhere though. I miss them too
That odd looking item with the loop reminds me of the bottom plate of a hasp you will find on old cedar jewelry boxes.
I enjoyed your video.
Great hunt guys. Do you usually use custom settings on you Nox? I dabbled in custom settings when I first got mine but haven't messed around with the settings since.
I tweek a few things as I go. Sensitivity and recovery speed depending on the amount of iron
Great spread you bunn tuggets.
@ 17:52 BS stands for Ba-Singa!!!!....lol
This is the farm that never ends. Yes it goes on and on my friends. Some people started detecting it no knowing what it was. But they'll continue detecting it forever just because it is the farm that never ends..............

Hello Hoover boys
