You should know that in all of the newer games, you have to play to rank 65 to unlock Papa Louie. You shouldn’t demand a refund on something you didn’t know.
I think i might be a bit late, but it doesn't matter. I was thinking of ideas for new holiday they could add to the new gamerias, one of the ideas was some kind fashion week thingy and only then i truly started appreciating Indigo as a character and how cool it would be for her to be the representative of an event like this (like Wally with a special outfits representing Neptune's Fest) because she works in the clothing industry and it would be fitting for her to show some of her designs to the people this way. Indigo is simply sublime!
