his shadow boxing alone shows the reason he's number 1 almost flawless.. in fact in my eyes thats flawless.. positioning himself for maximum power distribution.. anyone claiming G is just a big puncher is seriously underestimating everything that he keeps in his arsenal.. his record speaks for itself.. you say he fights nobodies yet he crucified Gabe while he had the fucking flu.. anyone willing to step up better do it soon cause these haters need more juice and I'm tired of excuses..
GGG uses his back leg (right leg, slightly bent like a spring) to push off. That may partially explain the power in his right hand. Reminds me a bit of how Met's pitcher Tom Seaver pushed of his right leg to take pressure off his arm and increase momentum to home plate.
100% agree with that comment. The two most dominant middleweights in modern boxing; both ferocious; both maintained exemplary fundamentals; both make it hard to imagine *him* losing to another middleweight. In counterintuitive fashion, I do feel strongly that the fight goes the distance. Who wins? Anyone's guess is as good as mine.
@@jlongobardy1612 You know what, though? Hagler and Hearns were better boxers than GGG, who is one of if not the best puncher in middleweight history. So I give Marvin and Tommy the edge. But it would have been great matchups.
Chavez Jr. vs. GGG is the fight I think is the most intriguing right now in the middleweight or super middleweight division. It's a fight that I think will be non-stop action and even a candidate for one of the best fights of the year. Chavez JR. vs. GGG, it needs to happen, boxing needs these kind of fights.
MAYWEATHER FIGHT Keith Thurman in MAY and if you beat him, then fight GGG at 154 lbs Sept 2015..........I think either fight is super dangerous for Flo.........GGG has unreal freakish power..........scary how hard he hits.........
We noticed you backtrack on the Ward fight. Does dude understand that his interviews are recorded and uploaded to youtube? You went from super fight to showcase real quick
we fight i know im talking about the custom model winning punch mitt abel gets from winning, they look 2x as thick as freddie or other peoples who winning gave them to. you cant buy them so its hard to tell
@Ole Carlos ok I don't know either one for training specific weight classes but similar size is a good thing to have. As to power I didn't say manny hit as hard as ggg we were talking the model punch mitts and the pop sounds made. Also able does the pretend move where he loses his Mitt lol. I think abel is a amazing trainer and it pretty much combined w age the end of the dominant ggg
if hes a hype job i wish there was more hype jobs in boxing. do you think deontay wilder is a hype job? cause wilder hasnt faced near any the competition ggg has faced and both have insane knock out ratios. ggg has beaten the nu8mber 2 3 and 4 guys in his division. people act like he has been dodging people when really the only fight he doesnt want is andre ward. and ggg not fighting ward is the same thing as floyd not wanting to fight ggg. its a risk not worth taking for a smaller payday at a higher weight class. why is everyone is boxing so racist
Danny D What about Cotto, Floyd, Hopkins, Lenord, All the greats... If you know boxing ALL the greats beat the CHAMP in the next division to really prove themselves as great. Broner jumped TWO weight class so get the fuck out of here w the excuses.
John McClane he hits hard cause he is naturally heavy handed, and his trainer is not that good on the mitts, his trainer has a lot of knowledge but needs to work on his mitt training. If you think he is good right now, imagine how sharp he would look if he had someone like roach or Joel diaz, Robert garcia giving him mitt work.
Boxing fans are hilarious. Instead of cheering for an upcoming fighter, they'd rather speculate on how much of a hype job he is.
that didn't age well
@Outlaw "they'd rather speculate on how much of a hype job he is" which he isint a hype Job so it didn't age well

his stance and foot work is so good.
Haha good video. Even Abel Sanchez gets gun shy after feeling GGG's power! They have good chemistry

Would loved to have seen GGG in there with Marvin Hagler and Tommy Hearns.
Would have been a NUCLEAR WAR.
😅

Abel Sanchez was in pain from GGG's punches

ggg is awesome.

ggg is in shape, geale will be too , both great amateurs ,great fight coming up!
I feel bad for Abel Sanchez i bet his hands are always sore now.
Finaly Golovkin pad work!!!
Vety good footwork
would not wanna fight this dude if i was a middle weight
TRI-PULL-GEE, TRI-PULL-GEE
GGG FTW :D
Ggg vs cotto
if can lear to box n do more combination n not rely on the power so much not all people got baby jaws
Hola 👋 campeon y saludos
is it just meor are these mitts 2x as thick as the ones freddie uses
brad harris every trainer is different.
we fight i know im talking about the custom model winning punch mitt abel gets from winning, they look 2x as thick as freddie or other peoples who winning gave them to. you cant buy them so its hard to tell

+we fight loool
and did you notice on the right side the Miguel Cotto team spying on Golovkin with his camcorder?
Hype job
***** Beating Macklin doesn't prove much but I do agree he isn't a hypejob.

Looool
I think he needs someone else to hold the mitts. That was sloppy
nesesito a algien....
This guy will needs to beat ward to prove himself.
There not even in the same weight division you moron!
pinoy jm Its one weight class up,WHAT''S THE BIG DEAL? Manny did it... & Cotto just did the same thing.
hkamalgam manny did it on roids so its cheating
That makes no sense. That's like me saying Ward has to beat Stevenson and Kovalev to prove himself.
Danny D What about Cotto, Floyd, Hopkins, Lenord, All the greats... If you know boxing ALL the greats beat the CHAMP in the next division to really prove themselves as great. Broner jumped TWO weight class so get the fuck out of here w the excuses.
-wow-
Martinez John Lee Lisa Johnson Jennifer
but he aint got shitt on hagler and hearns. hagler too strong and tommy would out box him
His training sucks on the mitts
Robert Flores Are you actually fucking joking? hahaha his form is fucking perfect. It's literally perfect. Why do you think he hits so hard?
John McClane he hits hard cause he is naturally heavy handed, and his trainer is not that good on the mitts, his trainer has a lot of knowledge but needs to work on his mitt training. Robert Flores You've got to be kidding me.
+Robert Flores I agree his mitt trainer sucks.. probably because boxing is more politics. trainer probably has connections
Ggg vs cotto
