This last woman meets her and makes a comment about her being raised by a single mother. Then says all three of them will live together which means she has no husband, a single mother. Quite the contradicting statement

He had a habit of introducing every new girlfriend to his mother. Why is this strange? Isn't it normal to meet the parent/s of the person you are dating?

Ridiculous! How do you improve a relationship with his mother if you don't tell your fiance what she is saying to you in private. Be smart and start recording what his mom says to you. The amazing thing is these women get themselves into crappy mil problems and then wonder where tb ey went wrong.

@@DebRobertson-z8r sadly enough, you do end up virtually marrying into that family. In essence you can't totally separate a person from their folks. Those people raised them, thus in part influenced their thinking, and how they will act when push comes to shove. Sadly, i found that out, even though my husband wasn't happy with his mother. Would assert that i was, just like his mother, when we had an argument. But would return to his family for advice and support on how to ,handly, me. Even in the best unions you do meld with them. Nephew married a girl half phillipino and Hmong. Gets along great with in laws. Not so much with his mom. But extended miles, low contact, and a firm stance on his part keep the madness controlled.
