I am very impressed with the Majesty range and yard. After living in Dubai for 6+ years I have to admit I was never impressed about the quality of work there but Majesty made me eat my words. This is a truly great level of quality.
This is such a wonderful & practical yacht! Mr. Seal, as always, your presentation is delightful & heart-felt. This would be the perfect yacht to co-own for someone who was new to the superyacht world.
Definitely the stuff of dreams for an experienced owner. Everything onboard looks realistically specced out and there are just enough surprise features and cosy nooks like that foldout balcony to keep people entertained. It's amazing how everything still looks showroom-fresh too! Great job to her Captain and her hardworking crew!
Just love this yacht it has all the right balance for private family and friends or for charter..and a great crew too. One of the majesty yacht fleet has a great wooden ceiling motif of a map and compass in the wheel house that is just a great signature touch that should be incorporated in all of the majesty’s yachts..great video tour David, glad you can enjoy your job and get to taste the yacht life every so often through out the year..👍🇬🇧❤️
She's a beauty! I like that side-seating area, and the bow lines. I also agree that bigger isn't always better. From my own research, bigger comes with a lot of extra costs and hassles, like availability of mooring slots. I think 30-40m is a bit of a sweet spot because it makes more marinas accessable for more cruising options. That should translate into more charter potential, especially when the yacht is as well laid out as this one seems to be.
Even though you didn't make this video as a charter video I did prefer it to the other one recently made where you asked for feed back. I did find the begining and finale music too load . The emphasis on the toys and outside space and how well the yacht is maintained was great. If I'm going to pay 100k a week or more I don't want things to break or stink etc.

Certainly. There are things that need to be considered, e.g. how much hot water can be created and how quickly, drainage, maintenance, and weight when full (you might have to be at anchor to use a very large top on the highest deck) but yes spa installation is a routine thing.

That's a handsome yacht. Why would you want something bigger? (unless you have a harem...) It's really comfortable, perfect for a family. I particularly like the dining areas, the galley, the sky lounge (cute), and the helm station (you can even throw a party there). I have a thing about white sofas, they're so elegant... Tomorrow is my birthday, just put a blue ribbon on it and pick me up in La Guaira. I'm the guy with a big, big smile on his face... 🪁 😊
Something doesn't compute with the range at crusing. The tankage is 32,282 liters and the consumption at crusing is 120 liters per hour. That means it will take approximately 260 hours to consume all of the fuel. At 14.8 knots crusing speed this is a rnage of over 3,848 nautical miles. The specs show only 1100 nautical miles. What am I missing or doing wrong? A reasonable price of 9.95M Euros (~11.7M USD or 43.2M UAE Dirham)
I've watched your presentations for quite some time. I must say; Your new editor, or, the new style of editing.... it's not an improvement. This is not the best way to present such a fine yacht... you're not selling a can of energy drink, it's a yacht.
He didn't show crew quarters, this boat has 7 crew maximum. Typical running costs are 10% of the vessel cost, in this case $10m so $1m a year. But this yacht has good potential for charter revenue.
I have to reply to that - the sea state was a lot rougher than it may appear on the video. AltaVita behaved beautifully, very stable indeed. Please remember that I cover luxury yachts, not ocean going oil tankers. I know that TH-cam is full of wonderful videos of ships crashing through huge waves... you really don't buy a yacht to do that kind of thing.

Its because the bow tapers more narrow than a typical hull from what I can tell its porposing noticably. Still one of the nicest yacht interiors I've seen. I've never thought about spending more time in a bathroom than I have after watching this yacht tour. The marble guy went nuts.
Yet another Yacht with white couches and lack of color. its like American fast food, different shades of brown. ☹You would think wealthy people would be more creative and dynamic. the least expensive part of a boat like this would be interior color and furnishings. take a chance. 🙂

The design is "neutral" as it has to appeal to charter guests.
If this were a Bond Villain's lair it would be somewhat more ... idiosyncratic.
