This hasn't worked .. This one of the most annoying bosses I have ever fought.. the runback, the way you need dwale potions, but you have to craft them... So you need money, she does too much damage and has too much health.. your stamina is horse shit.. so you boost it, then your damage isn't enough, then you boost defence, then everything else is too shit ridiculous.. crap game design.. beaten lots of tough games, tough bosses and this may be the worst
@@stephenstone8180 I got the platinum yesterday but my ps isn't working.. I'll add your psn and when I get it back from repair if you haven't beaten it I'll help you. It's not that bad if you can survive the first phase. Just have lots of spears and the relic that fires black orbs..
Game hampers you at every turn, more stamina means less damage, more damage means less stamina, jo matter your build you always have a disadvantage significant enough to stop you beating her, only methods I've seen always involve spears and it usually a 15 minute battle where learning her attacks is very difficult, you cant tank her, you can't block her attacks, she goes straight for your mate in 2nd phase if you ever do well

@Eetu.R sadly I'd have to agree with you on that one. The art style in this game is beautiful but the gameplay was just so tedious and clunky to me. I never managed to beat the final boss.
@@daveyfrancy3118 yeah i agree and it's a shame honestly. I hoped for more as a fan of soulslike games but this one is just far too clunky and unrewarding to be fun.
@@Eetu.R The devs that made this game are the same ones that made Flintlock: Siege of dawn and that game is pretty much the same with the clunky gameplay. Both of their games had so much potential but sadly they fell short.
I've beaten all the Dark Souls, almost every souls like.. this boss is terribly designed... You shouldn't have to cheese a boss.m it shouldn't be the only way
@omnom6934 you use the potion to take less damage, and that's all I've found so far.. haven't beaten her and she usually mauls me second phase and my boi gets rinsed. I'm thinking the damage resistance relic will be the best shout, where it builds over time as well the potion. No matter what beating her will be a slog... Awful design from an otherwise great game
@@richardfisher8460 I’d agree that this is probably the worst part of what was otherwise a really enjoyable game, cool exploration and world, but this final boss feels unfair. It’s too hard to get her rhythm down but I feel like it’s more because she doesn’t have one.
@omnom6934 no rhythm just crazy attack speed, she dodges too far away.. allegedly using a single handed weapon in the 2nd phase also helps. Perhaps go in, without using the potion (extra defense in the dark) until you learn the patterns or get anywhere close, then go in using potions once you have learned the attacks, are you on Xbox?
Easiest way to beat her is with 1 handed weapon. Get right up close and just dodge forward right. Swing twice. Dodge forward right. Repeat

What is that armor with great protection and incredible stamina recovery?
Looks like defiler armour gives stamina bonus but not the best for defence
@Beznik01 Yeah. Took me a while to get to that conclusion. Had to backtrack a bit to get it.
