Dear Mr. Maksud, I wanted to address a matter of importance that I feel merits your attention. On several occasions, I have observed that some of the information you have shared about gemstones in your presentations has been inaccurate. While I am not suggesting that you are intentionally misleading your audience, I do believe that your Audiance seek your advice as a knowledgeable and trusted jeweler, it is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide. To that end, I would respectfully encourage you to consult with someone possessing specialized expertise before making certain assertions in refrence to fancy Color Diamonds and gemstones moving forward. You have spent 20 years building your knowledge of the jewelry trade, and it is clear you take pride in passing this insight on to your employees. While you undoubtedly enjoy the admiration and “wow” reactions of your younger, less experienced team, this novelty approach does little to influence your credibility with someone who possesses far greater expertise than yourself, Instead, you should seek to surround yourself with professionals or an individual who can challenge your understanding and elevate your perspective. Such mentorship would not only strengthen your credibility but could also reinvigorate the excitement and passion that you may have unknowingly begun to lose.
I gave up wearing a watch years ago and even though activity trackers and smart watches tried to convince me I was missing out I just don't believe it. Covid-19 hit and my work went to full hybrid and working from home. Besides a few small formal events I haven't really touched my jewelry cabinet. You aren't fighting natural vs synthetic but rather an ever changing fashion dynamic were less and less people use or wear a watch or jewelry at all. Even a formal office attire policy had ended at my office nearly a decade before the physical loss of a business building during Covid-19.
You not gonna see many. He’s a loner. Like hermit loaner. He shows photos all over the world but it’s always just him traveling to meet people elsewhere and there’s always a purpose.
I just wanted to mention how much I appreciate your hard work and knowledge on jewelry, gold, diamonds etc! You are close to my age, and I am in awe what you have accomplished! If you have any advice as far as what metal to start with as your first investment! I can't believe people don't accept your gifts out on the streets!! I don't know what is a good ring for my woman, I want to not go broke on a ring even though I love her more than anything in this world but I know she would be mad at me for going over board, so if you know of anything around 5k I would appreciate the help!!
Himanshu (Maksud Agadjani.).. You are incredible!!!! From North Lebanon...I am! Anyhow, There is a deal you would love..! Anyhow, I appreciate you for the person you are!
Diamonds have to be one of the best tricks played on humans and I’m here for it. The game is marketing, we all have to be in sync to create beautiful symphony or over 50 years of natural diamonds marketing will be wasted
4:15 You know what Max I look up to bro and I really think you’re a genius and a head of your time. You mention lately in the video of these people that been in the jewelry business before you and when you mentioned that you wanted to photograph some jewelry they looked at you like you were crazy little did they know you would become one of the worlds most renowned jeweler’s in the business. Ah little did they know. I hope to one day create amazing content and become a renowned jeweler myself by exposing new and creative ways to show my jewelry to the world.
This is what we call a contradiction-people criticize buying diamonds due to concerns about child labor, yet they often overlook the fact that the devices they're using to voice these opinions may rely on materials like lithium, another resource often mined under unethical conditions. The hypocrisy is hard to miss. 🤦
The imperfections of a real diamond 💎 is what u want . It's rare and rare comes with a price ... (iam very against child labour ) but it makes money for them and families. And sadly there isn't much work for them in themnareas ... catch 22

If people were benefiting from the mining of natural diamonds, why do the people who mine them, live in the conditions they live in and get paid what they get paid? People are making money alright, just not the people who mine them. You can disagree all you like, because you benefit from it. But you can't stop people from coming here, and sharing what their life is like, back home. Sooooo....Lab diamonds for me.
I think the real issue is that the people that are mining the diamonds do not have the connections to be able to even sell the product. They don’t even know the true value of the item. Also, the diamond needs to be processed, which means cutting it down, sanding it down making it shiny. Unfortunately, these people do not have the skill to do the stated above items so unfortunately, they’ll be in the dark until they do
@shedlight what’s going to happen to the miners? How will they make a living if mining dies? Will crime increase? It’s not like they can work in labs instead. Hey I hear you and I’m lab all the way. The conditions in the bad mines are ghastly, but I am concerned that the people don’t have any real alternative to feed their families. How do we solve that?
