its your opinion, I dont agree with you. I dont know where this dog is "poor". Maybe you prefer when dog looks like shaggy bear and see nothing. Handling by chin is the only way to SAFELY groom face.
MB you have no idea what are you talking about or perhaps being this mean and out of touch is your norm pet grooming is the best of what is out there in TH-cam.

I watched this whole video until the end. I must say... what a "Hatchet Job" she gave this poor puppy. The most uneven clipping/cutting I've ever seen done on an animal. I was a dog groomer for 6 years and can truthfully state that this person should not be let around any animal for grooming purposes. Just because you own the tools, doesn't mean you know how to use them correctly... and she surely doesn't!
