Do the port of Houston work off with appointments to pick up the containers off the terminals? If I am a carrier that is looking to pick up a container showing available on your site how does it work? what are the steps to follow? Thank you.
We do not require truckers to have appointments to pick up or drop off containers. Trucks can come to the terminal anytime during business hours (M-F 6AM - 7PM). We do have a pre-advise program for truckers to help expedite their truck visit, but it is not held to a specific time.
How do you check how many times your driver has come in and out the port ? does it show daily or weekly? If we pull a Container it knocks my Driver off our Scac Code . How often should you update Driver Information? Thank you,
Hi, how long normally take to approve the new account? I have waited 24 hours, it still shows "This username is currently pending approval. Please contact your administrator for details."
