Nice that you got it solved! I was so shocked when you presented incorrect timing picture. Definitely people need to be careful, where to take source info. I really hope that this didn't damage your valves or pistons.
Hello Rob mate 😎 Oh yes happy days the cossie sounds so much better and i was very surprised to see that old diagram showing the lug and pulley V out of line as ive always thought they should be inline and rightly so. Enjoy the car mate you certainly are and catch up on the next video mate 👍 Nigel
Rob @4.48 in the video it looks like you have a fuel leak from the pressure regulator, if it finds its way to the exhaust manifold it could end in a disaster
Great video, great result. Going to double check my timing!
Thanks Darren, if your engine has a rattle it may be a good idea to check it,
Good job Rob👍👍👍 thanks for the mention 👍
A big thank you Retro 80's, it sounds and goes a lot better.

Thank you Nigel, I was also surprised by the diagram being out, my wife said it is too hot to go out in the Cossie because it does not have air-con.
Wow lucky and sounds bang on no tapping noise bet feels better on acceleration aswell
Thank you for the comment, it sounds sweet and goes like a rocket.
Enjoy the old girl ❤️👌
Thanks Mark I will.

Thank Stuart, I spun the engine without the radiator fitted the water pump blasted water all over the front of the engine.
Sounds like you're nearing the end??? Any plans to modify replace any parts etc??? Love the colour of the car.
Thanks Brigadiers, I have a lot more work to do under the car and I would like to get onto a rolling road sometime.
Good job again mate
Thank you Vincent, it is great when you find the problem.
Good job
Thank you Bobby.
You are so lucky not to have 8 bent valves. Seen it done a few times. If you can get a bore scope have a look at the piston crowns
Thank you Rob, I was thinking of starting off with a compression gauge first, but it is going so well and not miss firing I think it is OK.
