Nice that you got it solved! I was so shocked when you presented incorrect timing picture. Definitely people need to be careful, where to take source info. I really hope that this didn't damage your valves or pistons.

Oh yes happy days the cossie sounds so much better and i was very surprised to see that old diagram showing the lug and pulley V out of line as ive always thought they should be inline and rightly so.

Rob @4.48 in the video it looks like you have a fuel leak from the pressure regulator, if it finds its way to the exhaust manifold it could end in a disaster

Thank Stuart, I spun the engine without the radiator fitted the water pump blasted water all over the front of the engine.

You are so lucky not to have 8 bent valves. Seen it done a few times. If you can get a bore scope have a look at the piston crowns
