How much effort car guys in Japan put in keeping cars Genuine and Time Period correct is always crazy, the entire Sub-Genre's just built around making interiors and exteriors like a Time Capsule from back then is so interesting, hearing them get excited talking about this weird little accessories they probably hunted down forever
As someone living outside of Japan, I wish more people in the US cared as much about genuine, period correct parts and style. It makes such a huge difference!
@@nvrndingsmmr I'm glad they don't. Car culture is so different in the US. You'd just have people in monster truckin' muscle cars with cigarettes in the ashtray, and a pine tree on the rearview mirror. Or worse, nothing but '00's sex spec Fast and The Furious clones. The throwback Japanese cars are cool because they had a lifestyle subculture around them. The closest thing I can think of in US car history would be lowriders, Fast and the Furious, and old-school hotrodders. And all of those subgenres are being represented on a regular basis.
Seeing this as 22 mins feels like a slice of life anime- really got excited and had me sit up to watch on my tv. Like it’s a weekly show I’ve been watching!
Ahh! The close look at the kaido racer was so cool! It was super cool to see the owner point out all the different parts and stuff, especially on his other car with the TSX speakers. "Genuine MR2 vents, not reproductions!" That's so cool!!
I hunted far and wide for this very comment and my relief to find it was immense XD how is he gonna sneak in the cresta preview at the end of the vid and be like, sooo anyways yeah that's the end of the video.
Ride alongs are some of the best. Always good to meet the people and see what it's like. "I think I need an oil cooler..." Well, when you link the entire track like that, yeah. It's time for an oil cooler. Sick runs though.
Love the content Alexi. I have a question, though. I know in the past you've used an Insta 360 to record cabin video, so, if you still have it, would you ever consider mounting it outside of the car in an attempt to give us an external view of your track days? Or would that not be possible due to different track rules prevent such a thing?
Lmao I did thank him multiple times off camera to the point where I had to apologise for being a pest 🤣 he also told me a good touge to go and drive on which I left to go and do. Thanks again Alexi
Yeah Alex looking good out there much love from the UK and at 20:32 If that’s not a perfect opportunity for a thumbnail for a future video then I don’t know what is
I got into your channel just recently and i absolutely love the way you are living your life! Your content has some Kind of wholesomeness to it thats just so entertaining and fun to watch. Keep up the good content and most importantly doing what you love man :)
Bro I looked up the original drift videos and one of your videos from 2 years ago was so good I was like I hope he still making videos and I'm happy to find out you are
I'm sure you had reasons for doing voiceover but I definitely prefer the direct to camera, self-filmed, talking head explainers. Live takes are your super-power.
Hey Alexi, recently found your page and I absolutely love your content! I’m about to get rid of my Subaru for a jzx100 and your videos with the mark ii are gonna get me in trouble!
Babe wake up, Alexi uploaded

I’m awake babe

ITS 4 FREAKING AM, What do you--
Oh, Alexi video?

Every year he says he will upload more frequently and each year he uploads less

Honestly that last bit with "cresta, my cresta" got me some Great Teacher Onizuka vibes. Hope there's not gonna be people falling on the roof.
I hunted far and wide for this very comment and my relief to find it was immense XD how is he gonna sneak in the cresta preview at the end of the vid and be like, sooo anyways yeah that's the end of the video.

@@shannacollins4741 ohhh, see that’s how long it’s been gone for that I forgot it’s actual name!
@@thefonz2854 why would someone name an engine " beans " for tho thats funny !
if you guys do that ride along next year after TAS I AM COMING FOR THAT!!!
You know you've made it when even the flag marshal breaks character and starts to banter with you before your run.
That black and white striped 240 is sick!
15:19 AYAYA

It’s possible at most tracks. It would be a good idea at days where there’s a lot of tandem going on.
yall crazy, if I had a chance to take a ride as a passenger with alexi i would prolly cry and thanks him 100000 times fr
just talkin bout reactions. so calm thats why im think you crazy guys haha
Lmao I did thank him multiple times off camera to the point where I had to apologise for being a pest 🤣 he also told me a good touge to go and drive on which I left to go and do. Thanks again Alexi

Driving in the S15 is looking very smooth, fun to watch you play with it
Wow that Reverse layout has great flow! Nice driving mate!
Walter Rohrl also said: A car is just fast enough when you stand in front of it in the morning and are afraid to unlock it.
Noriyaro laugh is my favorite therapy, so wholesome and positive!

Nothing better than a new Noriyaro upload!
5:31 Nice Mitch Hedburg callback, legendary
Awesome video. Great to see that track camera and how you can use it to improve. Looking forward to the next video. Keep up the good work.
Love how he made a little fortress behind his car in the pits
i like how smart noriyaro is when he does his comp run and reviews it on the live stream lol.

That crown is SO freaking cool!!!
that crown is so cool with the tulip ashtray and chinchilla, wish i had a car like that
Hi alexi, on the resonance, try making a branch resonator. There are calculations for the right lenght to get most the drone out.
3:40 ayyy checkpointjpn!
So many teasers in this vid, S15 oil cooler, ProSUCC wheels, Cresta, can't wait for the coming content this year
Really liked the Walter Röhrl reference, greetings from Germany :D
Alexi: Does it get the girls?
Modified Car Owners: Ngah...

Your cresta looks really good
I agree with per noriyaro s15 and uploads :)
Well if this figure d1 driver ever gets sold! It would have been authenticated by noriyarō's finger print, double the value ! And a story behind it!
