@indiana Stone I found one of those weighs approximately 5lbs. I thought it was an age head. It looks just like the stones you've found called net weights. Thanks for the video. You have educated me today.
I find these in Detroit River. They're net stones. You're on a fishing camp. So cool. Keep em all together and show em at your next annual artifact show
I absolutely love finding net weights! (i have only found 2) what area of the susquahennah are you on if you dont mind me asking? Im just below Harrisburg on the west side of the river and most of the banks are hard to find things on.
@@Indianastones. I am very familiar with the area, I have never found anything along loyalsock creek but that may be because the mountains are so dividing of sites
@@Indianastones. that’s crazy man! We hunt an island that’s been dug there’s prob 20-30 old holes on the island but we Find a lot of points on the surface . So either they never found much or there’s just that many points and tools on the island that we are still find them. 90% of our finds are all on the surface too!

What river in Indiana?
The reason you're not finding any arrowheads they were so busy making net weights they didn't have time to make an Arrowhead
the larger pieces stack to make a totem you just need all the pieces to it
Wow. Why a Totem? Why not a snowman, or space eagle since you're making it up.
