- The all new #Toyota Yaris Cross is the latest model launched by Toyota in the Philippines. I was surprised at its interior quality and overall build which is far from the typical Toyota that is boring and low quality interiors
Ganito yung level ng quality ng mga Toyota sa ibang bansa, di tulad na local units sold na barebones, kung di pa dahil sa mga chinese cars na nag enter sa market. habang buhay tayo babaratin ng mga JDM automakers.
Maliit ata kasi ang PH market para sa kanila. Masyado silang focused sa US market na kahit yung Nissan Versa (Almera) ay madaming features sa US.
@@StarsStripes-vh7kw I don't think that is the case, kasi iisang planta lang pinaggagalingan nila sa malaysia for SEA. pero bakit yung mga bagay like second row aircon vents tina-tanggal nila sa mga local released units. Yung Malaysian, Singapore and Thailand units ng Vios meron

I have a Corolla Cross G Variant now and am seriously considering a Yaris Cross variant as a second car. Still debating between the hybrid vs no. Hybrid version. For city driving by my spouse, I was veering towards the Hybrid version. Appreciate your inputs!
If it is for city driving , I would recommend the hybrid version because it will be more efficient considering the traffic in city driving
Halos kapresyo ng nissan kicks pero ang layo ng difference nila sa performance. May malakas hp at torque ng kicks
Mas high tech ito.lahat ng safety features meron sya na wala ang kicks. Moonroof meron din.
Agree mas sulit pa rin ang Kicks. Ang layo ng performance. VE and VL has adequate safety features. Yung other features ng YC, nice to have but not dealmaker for me unlike benefits ng e-Power.
Sir levi ibang level ang ginawa ni toyota tbh for me ang ganda hindi sya cheap out like before naging mukha sya luxury not bad ganda

@@MontyWiT1190 its a good choice for a first car since 2 lang kayo. Its not too big yet not too small so tama lang for a starter. Innova is more for a big family

Sir Levi, I am not willing to buy the P1.6M hybrid but I think the 1.3M and the 1.2M models are very sulit.

G variant lang po yung nacompare nyo, almost same ang V variant na non hybrid sa hybrid minus glassroof and hybrid system

Don't forget you're paying for the hybrid sa yaris cross. If you live in Manila, exempted to sa coding which is very convenient.
v mid spec at hybrid pareho lahat except sunroof at pioner 6 speaker. yung base model g lang talaga ang iba.

If a Vios can climb steep mountain roads, this one can too. This is basically a lifted Vios.
@@streamingvideo6654 I owned 1.5E vios 2019 model till now still efficient and do really durable, but if you drive going to roads like in Tanay with 5 person plus the luggages, you can feel the grunt of engine na hirap sya but kaya nmn, yet having a bigger torque is better.

@@arnelbustamante9549 you need to turn off the AC, para maganda ang kanyang pag ahon. Ramdam mo na medyo hirap ang engine, but kung minsan ka lng nmn nag drive sa mga steep roads, this yaris is a good buy.
It has a turbo engine and at the same time with the size have 1.5 engine. I was able to climb baguio with ease using V variant. So I dont see this as a problem
In your opinion, which one is better value for money - Mazda 3 fastback or Yaris Cross?
Value for money, I would choose Yaris Cross as it is more flexible and higher in elevation which is good for our road conditions. mazda 3 is also good but it is less flexible and good for porma if you are an enthusiast

Pwede naman sir. depende kung paano nyo gagamitin. kung apat lang kayo na sasakay mas maganda yung yaris cross pero kung mas madami kayo, mas ok ang Innova

talagang binarat ng toyota mga pinoy. ang layo ng quality nun interior like the seats sa zenix vs sa yaris cross. if not for the chinese brands, we'll forever be experiencing 'tinipid quality' from the the japanese automakers. this is a win for us consumers

Lahat naman po ng sasakyan kayang unakyat ng Baguo. Hindi naman sya matarik.. Ang roads po ay may design slope na kayang kaya kahit ano sasakyan

Hi @Ride with Levi. A unit was available for me, and I need to purchase it this week due to demands. I would like to know your opinion on this car. I will be purchasing the Yaris Cross V variant. I like this better than the HEV due to its power (I plan to take this to provinces). Have I made the right choice?
Hi Stephanie, you made the right choice. Its cheaper than the HEV and the only difference is the sunroof and the HEV motor. It is also good to drive in the provinces as it has just normal engine and easy to fix specially if you are travelling away from Manila. HEV’s may have some bugs that may come out in the future if there is a problem with the battery so it will be more difficult to fix and you will be dependent on the casa. Yes, its more practical for your need!! Go for it
