I do think this was probably the best one as far as entertainment and tackling more of the tea…but I agree, I was disappointed that they didn’t spend more time with the Chelsea/Jimmy saga. I don’t care about the alumni.

Edit: for those who are confused - It is not advised (but people do it) to dye your hair while pregnant. Chemicals. The thing a lot of people do is still dye it BUT not at the Roots, so the baby doesn’t get any chemicals since it isn’t absorbed into your skin by the root. Only the hair cuticle. Hope that clears up someone’s though process 😀
they should've asked jimmy and chelsea more because they were like half of what we saw. The main fumble of the reunion which was pretty good otherwise. Should've asked Jimmy if he didn't pick Jess because he wasn't ready to be a father, and Chelsea about her actions which were manipulative intentional or not. It was so funny seeing Trevor speechless though like he just took it and left

bite my tongue once or twice, and after that, ask her that we not center her relationship, happy to hear other aspects of her life, but I am not interested in getting second hand traumatized hearing her describe the ways she is being mistreated, that would be me enabling her, codependency no more. this kind of friend is also likely to center her relationship over my wellbeing as a friend, sadly. It is also why I now very carefully choose friends, I am only as emotionally safe as those around me are healed/love themselves.

Did anyone else find it awkward how the reunion focused more on Jessica and Jimmy's un-established love story than it did on Chelsea and Jimmy? I felt second hand embarrassment for Chelsea because it seemed like that guy was calling Jessica stunning when he said no such thing to his ex-fiancee. That relationship got way too much air time and it seems like Jess still has feelings for Jimmy which concerns me given Chelsea is her "best fiend." Is Jess really the girls girl she claims to be? It felt like Chelsea was a third wheel in her own story/relationship.
The whole season was focused on Jess. Yes she’s hot but I don’t get the hype. She’s just a typical insta knockoff Kardashian and the whole love is blind producers freaking out and making her the story while she didn’t even make out of the pods
Jess was talking about her bond with Jimmy Cricket and tearing up, and I was perplexed. I think she just isn't used to rejection especially rejection so public, and maybe told him a lot about her daughter bc... he is no catch looks nor personality-wise. He stood ten does down on his lies about their pod interactions, and how they ended because he didn't wanna look like he was stringing her along (which is exactly what he was doing)
It's like they intentionally did not focus on it. Which is crazy and as a viewer of the show , was completely ungratifying.
What I don’t understand is how did they not call out jimmy for complimenting another woman’s body IN FRONT of his fiancé?? Then having her meet THE WOMAN he slept with?? Dude was soo full of shit and her dumbass kept eating it up smh
To be fair, the cast has icebreaker questions and they ask each other who people mistake them for as celebrities. Jimmy actually answered a football player that HE DOES NOT look like. I forgot the name of the guy.. but they do this in the pods. They just dont air certain things. It kind of sucks because they highlighted her answer when THEY BOTH exaggerated this Q&A

Did you guys cut out the part where it shows how Jessica was right about the leaving the date early thing? Jimmy said she stormed out after 10 mins but it showed that their date was over 2 hours and she didn’t storm out she discussed with him how they need to stop and then the date ended lol. Jimmy is so full of shit sometimes lol.
They spent way too long on that but I do think it’s weird that Jimmy kind of went after Jessica in that interview saying she got a good edit and the only thing he offered them back that year was that and what he said wasn’t even accurate.
I think between how much he was getting made fun of online for picking Chelsea to Jeramy’s villain comment Jimmy was frustrated at how he was being perceived. And Jessica did get a good edit. I enjoyed her in the show but she got a lot of airtime for someone who was r in one of the couples. She chimed in in the reunion on almost every situation and they spent more time dissecting her relationship with Jimmy than Chelsea’s.
