Does yuki have a high tendency to bark. I am trying to find out because I might be getting a Pomeranian soon and my parents are gonna find it irritating.
In the beginning Yuki was just barking as all puppies when he was hungry or when he was alerting us that he needs to do his potty. Now he is barking more often, but it's really not that bad. We were told it's part of their puberty stage by other pom owners and our groomer say they start calm down at 9-12 months(she has 7 poms). Will let you know about his barking at that time. But I must honestly say either we are lucky with Yuki's barking or we give him plenty exercise daily which may result his behavior in a positive way. But he is so kind and social to everyone would definitely advice getting a Pomeranian, your parents will love his presence!😊❤
Thanks for the information, I recently got a male purebred Pomeranian puppy he is 12 weeks. Does a puppy need to adjust to its new surroundings in order for it to interact like wagging its tail, barking, and licking?
@@adrianakielbus7239 No worries it's completely normal. I had the same with Yuki. He wasn't wagging his tail, barking and licking. At some point you will get all those interactions.
@@skylord3013 You have to work on getting them to bark less. My mom had two, and both barked a lot. Not giving them attention when they bark helps stop it. If you give it attention when it barks, it knows to bark to get you to pay attention to it. They are real sweeties though.

Has Yuki had that problem when you first got him? My dogs tail is curled and motionless.

Yes they have tendency to bark. They are toy dogs and they can live happily inside an apartment😇
