I have been using this Buds FE for more than a month now, and I am more than satisfied with the ANC as well as the quality of the sound (I prefer bass boost). In comparison to the buds live that I used for more than 2 years, this one is much better. However, the rubber tips hinder me from wearing the buds for a long time in such scorching hot weather. All in all, the buds Fe is cost-effective to me!

I bought the FE early this week for 50 bucks. It's really great for the price. I use it both with my phone (non-samsung) and linux laptop. You don't have to re-pair them all the time after pairing them with both devices once. They are very securely fitted and batter can hold a while in anc and ambient off mode. Passive noise isolation already blocks majorty of the noise, so you can save battery without ANC.

How do you switch devices in for non Samsung devices ? What features do i lose if i dont have a Samsung device?

@@mithunnair8899 You pair the Buds FE to multiple devices, individually. Pair it to your phone, disable Bluetooth on your phone, then pair it to your laptop. Buds remember the lastly connected device and automatically connects to it. To switch devices you need to disconnect (not unpair) the Buds FE from one device then connect to the Buds from the other device via the Bluetooth menu. It's easier than how it sounds, but manual. So far I'm able to pair to 3 devices and connect to the Buds FE without having to do the pairing again.
As for non-Samsung devices, you only lose the ability to rename Buds bluetooth device name and the Samsung Codec. But Buds FE does support SBC-XQ codec (improved SBC codec) when paired to devices with BT 5.2 and up, which is how I use the Buds FE on my laptop and desktop, and play games/watch movies. I'm yet to notice any latency. You can use GalaxyBudsClient by timschneeb found on Github to configure the Buds FE on your PC and even access certain Samsung only settings.
