$120 per night for a 3 bedroom is a steal. I'm in the US now and a 3 bedroom anything will cost over $1000 easy.
Why is $120 too much, how much is Airbnb per night in the US? Apartments are expensive in the US,2 bedrooms are 1800-2000 talk more of 3 bedrooms.
What's a ball park cost to build an apartment like that or a 6 suite building.
