星落秋風五丈原

《星落秋風五丈原》為日本詩人土井晚翠所作詠歎諸葛亮一詩，題目的原文來自於《三國演義》第三十八回:「身未升騰思退步，功成應憶去時言。 只因先主丁寧後，星落秋風五丈原。」
