The differences: their facial moles are in different spots, Ethan’s nose & chin seem a little longer, their smiles are different, their voices are different (possibly because of Grayson’s allergies), and their personalities are very different. Of course, there’s also how Grayson is more tan & has less body fat than Ethan but that is something that can easily be changed.
