On Ivy in Uk Ivy flowers at the end September October to end of November It is a superb late flower forage for the bees. the pollen is sparking yellow and good for winter stores. The honey has a very strong and distinct flavour. This honey has saved a large quantity of colonys here and in Ireland. It granulates very coarse and not very accesable during the winter because of that. You will know the bees are working on it because of the strong smell coming out of the entrance. Keep up the treatment free Regards Eifion
