Stayed at a Sonder in Mexico City, It was beautiful and overall a great experience. The only few things I would say that I didn't like is that you had to pay for early check-in even though my room was already ready, they made me sign a contract about luggage storage and they are not responsible for any lost items which you know is fine HOWEVER their luggage storage was on a parking floor, out of the way, and had no cameras anywhere. Another thing was that they dont clean your room even after x amount of days. I stayed there for 9 nights and no cleaning but I guess that's the trade off. Overall it was super great though, the trip advisor reviews for the one I went to had bad reviews about the "front desk". but I had no problem and they were friendly and always acknowledged me going in and out like a doorman

One thing I'll add too that I didn't include in my original review is that although each location gets a total out of 5 star rating based on user reviews, there's no additional feedback. Discovered Sonder a few years ago and have used them on every trip to Ottawa which would be about 10 trips in a few years we love Sonder always stayed at great hotels but Sonder feels like a home away from home ....planning on a few US/Canada trips in the near future & will definitely be booking with Sonder .....Thank you great video ...
I'm staying at Sonder in St Paul MN right meow. I had no clue what this place was and I'm totally blown away by the room, especially considering the price. ($100ish/night). I'm staying in the smallest room tonight and then switching to the biggest room tomorrow. The room feels brand-new but with a comfortable style and layout. Just bring your own sheets unless you want to sleep on sandpaper!😅
Do you gave to clean a Sonder room before you leave or do they? The house rules says that it has to tidy and the sane way you found it. The one I'm going to I'm only staying a few days so it won't really be messy and I would assume they have to come in and do the bed and replace amenities like a hotel housekeeper would

You can request a cleaning through the app but at this location, they won't come in daily to do it otherwise.
