So I just tried this. American version tho lol cause I couldn't make myself do fresh roe... But I found a dried roe online and omg... This was really good. I assume the orange sauce was kimchi mayo so I had that and ketchup...oooo man.. The combo of egg and the sauces with the hint of fish was surprisingly really good. I didn't have homemade kimchi .. just store bought. But I did the fried rice too. That was great. And I have seaweed snacks from online. All in all...the star for me was the egg roll!! With seaweed in between bites! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
