Cartoon Network - July 18th, 1998 promos & commercials

These commercials aired during the premiere of "An American Tail" on Cartoon Theatre in July 1998. There's also some Acme Hour content at the very end. Notable promos include a few interstitials aired as a "Toon Extra" and a Big Bag Powerhouse era promo, along with a few Checkerboard era bumpers.
Apologies for the poor quality at the start of the tape; it just came this way. Thankfully, a majority of the promos that appeared at the start air again later.
