Andy- zip tie the brake lever back onto the handlebar so brake is fully on and piston opened, for a good 24 hrs. This will ensure any tiny pockets of air will rise back up through into the reservoir. Great vid.
@@ANDY5 i do that on my Royal Star Venture, i also tap lightly on the banjo bolts . I even heard of 1 guy who uses a palm sander ( minus the sanding papaer ) to vibrate any small bubbles loose

Andy...Those old resevoirs for the front Disc`s are vulnerable..(the clear part) To UV. Ive covered mine with electrical tape to stem the tide of time...Cheers.
Eric, bringer of mild peril see the big lad is no longer advocating the use of copper slip on the back of the pads as it only if they squeak?!! Hahahah be the only ZX-7 to have squeaky brakes.
What do you think about the head nod to fellow riders?.It's seems to have dissapeared in NSW over last few years. Harley riders not included except 1/100. It would be good vlog like the cyclist abuse lol.
I do it all the time down here. As you say most Harley riders tend not to not return the gesture. Having said that I have noticed that a few more nod back when I’m on the Ducati, maybe it has a little more cred 🤔
