It took me until 27 to realize I wasn’t stepping into my true self and now I am 30 and have put in and still put in work everyday to make sure I am never prevented from being me and put in a box based on someone else.. it’s actually really freeing and it’s also showing my daughter how to do it herself! Thank you for this video and you look like you are just thriving and happier than ever ❤
I had stopped following you for a time. And now that I see this video I’m happy that you are on the path to your true authentic self. 16:26 this is exactly how I’ve been feeling internally . I’m currently in a relationship with someone who I love so much. But whenever it comes to those specific topics we are polar opposite. Just like you said , the topics affect the people I love around me. I needed to hear this badly because I just feel like I’m in a way of being gaslighted to believe I shouldn’t leave someone because our views are different…
Some people will tlel you what you "shouldn't" do, but it's about what YOU feel is right. I personally can't be with somoenoe who doesn't stand up for me when their family says that gay people are sinners, going to hell, going against "god" etc. I can't do it!

This really spoke to me as I've been pondering leaving the gym I've been going to and trying something else. I have a lot of history and connections there and although there are negative things I relate to that gym (due to my own personal viewpoints and experiences being there), it's not really the full reason why I want to move on. It's easy to focus on the negative and use that as a reason, but really it's just like you explained, I feel different like I've changed and it's just time for me to move one. Whether temporarily or permanently I don't know, but it's what I want. You just told me that's ok and it helped me to hear it. Thank you!

This hits me hard right now, for a while been feeling like I need to make a decision for myself. 2020 really brought out views in people I had no idea about. I have friends that I don’t know I can truly be real friends with, since their beliefs are so beyond mine and I know we can’t change each other. I keep telling myself that I’m fine with it, that I SHOULD have friends around me with different opinions (even the big ones)… but I really think I’m kidding myself. It’s mentally exhausting. It’s hurting my feelings. It’s too much sometimes
I agree 100%. It really is difficult. I tried SOO hard to diminish myself to "appease" family and it doesn't work.
You are reading my mind. The last 4 years but especially the last year or two, I have experienced soooo much growth and my heart and mind have changed so much in so many things. I think the need to put a label on everything is harmful. What's the point of absolutely putting a label and putting people in boxes? Love is love! I am personally quite conservative in my way of seeing things. And I am also nuanced in my reasoning. Even if I sometimes disagree with your words, I love following you and I love your energy. We don't have to agree on everything in order to respect each other, to rub shoulders or to follow a person or not. In my view it's holy to also surround ourselves with content that doesn't fully align with our beliefs. Getting your head out of your ass and seeing that there are other ways of seeing things feels good and it's only accepting other ways of seeing things. Anyway i love you and keep going, you are perfect the way you are.
I can be friends with different opinions. Such as does pineapple belong on pizza, do you put cream in your coffee, are you a morning person or night person.

Admitting these things is definitely not easy. Happy that you are on your journey to becoming your tue self. I am prone to adapting to others ways and beliefs and it wasn’t until I cleansed my life of people and moved away to a different state. I was able to search myself and be whoever and think whatever I wanted. I’m slowly adding people back but definitely more selective…

One saying I always like to go by is that no one is truly evolved, we are constantly evolving to be the best version of ourselves.
