Yeah dude I've stayed up late too in infection lobbies recently. It's a new feeling for me because as a kid my Xbox was in the living room and I couldn't even touch after 5pm. Now that I have a set up with proper internet I'm able to stay up all night long playing classic games like MW3

I remember trying to play MW3 back in January on my Series X. It was kinda do able on a good night for FFA or TDM. But now it's crazy. I've been able to get into Ground War, Infection, and kill confirm. I'm so happy that I've been able to play MW3 like it was in its prime. It does suck that I have level up again. Buts it's been a blast I've been able to play a match on every CoD from CoD4 to BO2
So fucking emotional right now. Being able to relieve these moments have been truly amazing. Considering how awful COD has been the last few years. Thank you for exposing these games and shining a spotlight the way they deserve it. To ANYONE who hasn’t tried it, please do so. You WONT regret it.

This game is the goat for me man. So many memories with the boys, fantastic map layouts, tons of gun variety, so many good perks to to choose and switch up styles, specialist and infected were iconic, even support streaks were awesome because even bad players could contribute. I had over 35 days played on this game, over 250 moabs, i just never got tired of this one! If i join in on the fun of returning to the old school games, this is the one id play first.
Imagine you're some low level noob joining Terminal mid-game, excited for nostalgic fun, then there's this fucking android with Specialist, Ballistic Vest, and a gold AK-47 running round destroying you 😂
Dude, MW3 was so much fun! I loved playing support to help my team get a bunch of ballistic vests refresh and advanced UAVs. Wish I had an Xbox to play on the servers.

I was a little disappointed by this game when it came out because a lot of the maps had very drab color schemes, most guns sounded dull, and overall it lacked the magic that mw2 had. Looking back now, i definitely undervalued the game as a whole, even though it doesn't feel as good as mw2.

Microsoft has optimized certain 360 games to run better on both Series X and S. The Gears of War games for 360 have been optimized with superior framerates and graphical enhancements. Give Microsoft some time and see what they do.

Goosebumps watching this, this was the only cod that I somehow grinded on 3 accs getting all 3 to 20th prestige over the years, best cod of all time in my opinion was mw3, was just so different at the time

Even though I only played black ops and modern warfare on the ps3, seeing the Xbox servers filled with Og’s and some newcomers curious to discover the golden age of cod, makes me smile. Ok something strange happened when I was playing on mw2. I was playing a few matches by myself waiting for a friend to join. A regular tdm lobby, just started to play these games again once I found out the servers were restored. Ok so the game was fine running normal. And then my friend joined, and when we launched into a game, it was glitched, it went from a regular 6v6 tdm game to 9v9 and everyone had a super jump ability, there was no gravity. But here’s the crazy part, it kicked us out of the game after about 1 minute or so and we are now 10 prestige and I have all guns, camos, attachments, pro perks unlocked. All challenges, emblems, title cards, etc… also gave me over 77k kills overall. Fuckin wild, so weird that this happened, has this happened to anyone else? In a way it’s cool because everything for me is unlocked, but also I was playing and looking forward to unlocking everything again. Who has had this happen to them? Joining in on a random lobby and getting boosted
That’s not good. This used to happen back in day boosting lobbies. Or jtag. If it’s still happening now.. cheats are still on use it will soon die out again.
I just played the campaigns of all mw games in order from cod 4 to mw3 for the first time ever, and it was amazing honestly. I grew up on WaW and bo1 but modern warfare is awesome
What will it take to convince Activision, to make a new call of duty that just feels like mw3 or mw2 (2009)? For example, to make all weapons balanced except for guns like the acr with suppress and ump 45 with fmj and stopping power, which made it fun when you wanted to try hard every once and a while. Most importantly switch back to random match making instead of skill base.
I'm jealous and I wish I had an Xbox rn, COD MW3 (2011) on PC is not really good specially in ASIA, even Plutonium has very less players. Looks like the best way to play MW3 (2011) is Xbox

As soon as I found out the servers were fixed, I bought a new copy on my Xbox One. Since I couldn't find the disk that I have. Unfortunately even though I am getting into lobby's fast, they have all been laggy and full of hackers, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
MW3 was so damn good. It wasn’t as addictive and chaotic as MW2 but it was so much fun. In my top 3 for sure
I don’t know you but i can’t find lobby now only 1 lobby same 10 person. And every minute the game before i find the lobby it says “ communication with Xbox live servers interrupted “ you can find lobby now? Anyone with my problems?

Bro I am so happy that this game is popping back up again this was my fav call of duty game by far and of course black ops 1 was my second but still I am very happy about this haha
I was playing black ops 1 on ps3 capture the flag and search and destroy. Let’s keep these games alive boys!
Haven´t played MW3 yet, but played MW2 and that was dope. Super rusty now though, so need to grind a bit to get back in shape with the controller.
