i really related to the parents part, growing up around my parents just arguing and yelling all the time and my dad always being violence twords my mom and me being scared, and looking at my self now and seeing how fucked up i am now because of all the violence and fear i grew up with is just pathetically awful i really started crying listening to that part, but it's really a good audio you did such an amazing job

I could relate to the trauma because my parents divorced because of exact same issue... My father was an alcoholic and a violent abuser... I could see my Mum flinch and shake and cover it up in front of me but I saw it all... It was traumatic to me which led to the psychological complications in my recent life... Teenage sucks at times... I'm always seeking for perfection and validation from my Mum and everyone else around me... It caused me to become very closed off and quiet with major trust issues.... This is very real.... Hopefully anyone going through anything like that seeks and gets help...(◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。
