Thanks for all the amazing information you provide.
Lots of great info there Mike👍
LOVE the outakes at the end....classic 😂!!
Grazie mille, Mike
Another well done and thought out video. Mosquitos are a hazard every where. Never look forward to the bug season. Thanks for the video and take care, Al
I like a citronella candle. I set up the tent and set the candle, not lit! In the tent. It keeps the bugs out just being there.
Really enjoy your videos
Thatnks! Glad to hear that.
Mike I was so pleased to discover you had joined Ryan on a trip. Found both of your channels during the pandemic. These travel videos were so calming during those days and I enjoyed the travel log. Heading to Scandinavia next year for a bucket list trip. Your how to and what to do videos are very helpful.
keep rolling and try Canada for a trip with Ryan John &Mira. Bikeapolooza
😅🚲from Toronto
thanks Mike, that's a nice bike for the job, cool bag set up, great stuff
I'm absolutely amazed at how much stuff you can pack in these small looking bags. Love watching these types of videos! Thanks for sharing and for the outtakes! 🤣
That looks like a great set up, nice bike, thanks for showing it to us.
Excellent! I can't believe how many items you can pack in relatively small compartments. Thanks for sharing :)
Great video!
Would love to see an in depth review of the Kona Unit X!
Thinking of replacing my full suspension bike with a unit x :)
It's a great bike man, I have a Ripley, Chameleon and a Unit X. I use the uni 60% of my rides. A commuter and a back up trail bike. It's heavy and solid. Paradoxically it's quite fast. If you can't get a ustome boutique thing the Unit is the one to get.
Great info, and for the mosquitoes I also use Tiger balm, and this is also good to cure cramps, it is also good deodorant, I always carry a little box in my handlebar bag.
I’m always interested in seeing what others are packing. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I really enjoyed your Norway trip!
Great gear, you can never have to much storage
True
Perfekt cykel för långturer i blandad terräng. Tog en 200 mils tur på min i somras upp till Funäsdalen och hem igen på grusvägar och stigar.
Things to consider. Like your videos.
Wonderful video Mike, as usual...do you have any idea on the weight of your biking setup?
I used to live just outside Chicago Illinois in USA had to give up bicycle riding had two bikes stolen at gun point and one out of the garage. Sweden sounds like a great place to live. Luckily was able to move out of Illinois away from high crime and the constant sound of gun fire so far my bicycle hasn't been stolen. Good luck in your adventures
Damn. Your sleeping pad is small. Im jealous!
Hi Mike - I also have a Unit X and I am currently outfitting it for some fall trips. This video was extremely helpful and provided me with some great ideas, thank you. Can you tell me what size you went with for the frame bag? I see options of 4 or 6L.
the 6L ortlieb fits tight on the. He probably and Xl gur and can fit the water bottle.
My guess for why the thermacell sometimes doesn't work, is even a slight breeze might blow away the "fumes".
Great video, Mikkel 👍
I'm from Denmark but a new subscriber because of Ryan. I'm definitely coming to bikepack in Sweden at some point 😁
Welcome to the channel! You're probably right about the wind. It takes just the right amount of wind to get them to disappear, if there's to much wind it won't work as good.
What happened to the trekology pillow?
I'm still using it. I brought it on my recent trip in France.
Your red gas thanks are rechargable? Saludos from México 🇲🇽
Where did you buy the Unit X? I can't find it anywhere in stock in sweden
Thermacell is really bad for aquatic life (i think they are banned in Finland even) - but they are effective.
What has happened to you, Mike ? I have not seen you for ages
OMG! Do you need a bike lock in Sweden? Sweden almost looks like Rio de Janeiro or Mexico City! I'm kidding 🔒🔒🔒
