Mfs don’t have no rights. They can break the law to get a lead or a tip then they’ll go get a warrant which they was supposed to have in the first place. They can make mistakes and the only thing you can do is sue them then they’ll decide on how much to give you.
Herbo is incompetent because he should have his living trust set up so he doesn’t have to worry about bs like this. He could’ve signed those checks over to the trust. Glad I got my affairs in order and I did it without a attorney.
The retainer is just what it says to retain aka hire them. Once u eat that up you still have to pay more fees. I do agree with Herb about the hourly charges for reading through papers. They also charge filing fees etc if indeed he did pay them a mil they overcharged him but he should've asked for an itemized bill in the door cause those little fees add up quick
