I guess Im asking randomly but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Brycen Cesar thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and Im trying it out atm. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I love you! You’re amazing. Can they clone ? So each classroom can have you. You make something that’s complicated and boring to learnable and exiting. Thank you so much! Take good care of yourself. I pray that God blessed you with longevity so that you can help regular people like me learn. Thanks again.
I'm going through medical school and this was hands down the best explanation I've ever got. Over the break I'm going to religiously study your videos and I will be making a donation at some point. Thank you.
I can listen to my teachers continuously for two hours if they teach like this with whiteboard and just black marker instead of staring the presentations and listening to uninterested tone of teachers. thank you sir :)

Thanks so much Dr. for this video. there is so much I learn from you every day throughout my study as a PA. you are really a reservoir of knowledge who is willing to help and share with us medical students.
You are the med. students Angel, who explains the connections between different parts of the body explained to us separately, never connected by instructors. It is a talent to make such structured lecture even though having this deep knowledge - thank you for generously sharing it with us. ❤️

Regarding 9:55 Can some tell me please why the bilirubin flowed out from the spleen to the "general circulation"? I thought the spleen is connected to the portal vein, and not to the systemic circulation, thus bilirubin should directly flow towards the liver.
Wikipedia says that bilirubin is metabolized and deconjugated by the colonic bacteria in the colon. But you said it happens in the small intestines. Could you clarify this point please? Where exactly does this process happen (colon or small intestine, or both) and which bacteria is responsible for it? Thanks! Great videos!
