0:19 प्लेटलेट्स क्या होते है?
प्लेटलेट्स यह हमारे खून में बहनेवाले Cells होते है। यह cells bone-marrow में Produce होते है। जब भी हमें चोट लगती है तब प्लेटलेट्स और clotting factors एकसाथ काम करके plug बनाते है। इससे खून का बहाव रुक जाता है।
1:11 प्लेटलेट्स कम होने के क्या कारण है?
Viral infections और other infections में प्लेटलेट्स कम होते है। उसमे हमें बुखार भी आता है। Treatment के बाद जब Infection निकल जाता है तब प्लेटलेट्स बढ़ जाते है। किसी दवा लेने की वजह से भी प्लेटलेट्स कम हो सकते है।

सर 8 दिन हो गये है। प्लेटलेट्स घटी थी।
वो तो पूरी हो गई जाँच मे न डेंगू न चिकनगुनिया न मलेरिया न टाईफाइड है।
पर 4 दिन से बुखार 100,102,103.9 तक हो रहा है।
2 या 3 घंटे आराम मिलता है फिर बुखार हो जाता है।
