One of the best backroom videos I've seen. The "I feel Fantastic" mannikin was such a nice touch. It really helped sell the inherent sorrowful nostalgia that comes with being in the backrooms.
I always thought the idea of the backrooms being an amalgamation of the ideas, architecture, and plans of places past, present, all thrown together at random all of which are generally in a plain and liminal state. This video takes even more of those ideas and combines em. Excellent work sir.

I think the only winning move was to pick up that ladder at the beginning and climb to the ceiling because entering through that door alone would immediately seal your fate.
Just going to say it: The ending was more MERCIFUL than it could have otherwise been. Better than being permanently stuck. What odd loving creatures this backrooms has 😃
It’s crazy cause I’ve had dreams a lot like me in places like these that look like backrooms but more of buildings like empty malls and me walking and just sensing something watching me or following me and also like a place like the ones that have the pools I dreamt those I mean I wouldn’t be surprised if these backrooms actually exist in another dimension or something maybe even could be like limbo place for ppl when they pass away ? Like souls that can’t fully move on? Who knows or it might not exist but I seen comments and heard stories from ppl saying they dreamt these a lot too so who knows it be so crazy and scary if it actually existed somewhere outside our universe 🤷♀️ but great gameplay! I love your channel ❤😊
It could be that liminality, and the very nature of the "backrooms" is a part of the collective human subconscious. Archetypes as Jung called it. Not real in any physical sense, but real in the metaphysical. It's nowhere we will ever or could go, but it is already a part of us. It's no accident or coincidence that humans find the backrooms and it's imaginary scary and unsettling. So while I don't think it physically exists, I think it is and always was part of collective human subconsciousness
Just discovered the back rooms I think last week this area of entertainment and I just want to give a huge shout out to JD archives and Kane pixels these are very good, I like these the idea that you can fall somewhere into an alternate universe? Would love to see those somebody take the idea of somebody wandering through the back rooms and the only way you can get out is if you kill the entity? But I think that would ruin the whole thing because there's not much else you can do after you kill the entity but that'd be pretty cool😂, keep up the good work sir I subscribed I can't wait to see what else you release, I think from what I looked up is like the first person that came up with the back rooms was out of reading something about a government conspiracy or government operation that took place I think in the nineties? They were random warehouses and buildings that were kind of built and empty for years?
